Scarifoza specializes in building traditional villas and houses from locally resourced stone, using traditional and modern methods of construction, to create properties of unique style and character. Most of the larger stones are individually hand crafted by our skilled stonemasons, and each villa or house has the same charm and character of those in the surrounding areas, that were built over one hundred years before. Like those old stone houses, ours are built to last well into the next century and beyond, ensuring that the beauty and charm of the villages lives on.

Our plots are carefully selected, so that the owners can have peace and tranquility, whilst being within thirty minutes drive or so of the nearest towns, such as Polis and Paphos, and the views from the property will not be disturbed by any future constructions. Our developments are mainly within a fifteen mile radius of Polis, an area of wonderful scenery from Polemi to Pomos, with a way of life than can be as energetic or as relaxing as you choose.
