old village houses & churches in & around the surrounding
villages of Polis Chrysochous for many years now. We are in the
process of restoring traditional village houses in various villages.
Our architectural designs for restoring make sure that these houses
remain as they were many years ago as well as offering that something
extra.

The existing building consists of one room downstairs with
traditional wall mounted fireplace.There is also an open courtyard
to the front of the house.
Our on going plans are;
Living & dining area with fireplace, separate kitchenette,
bedroom & shower w/c. Via internal steps will lead you
to another bedroom and main bathroom, large open plan room
that can either be made into another bedroom or living area
to take in the full views of Latchi Bay. There is also a large
terrace.
It will be furbished to the highest standards.

Village House I
The existing building consists of one room downstairs with

to the side of the house is a long room of about 20 ft long
and 10 ft wide. There is also a small open courtyard to the
front of the house.
